Can you create custom plans?
Absolutely, custom plans are what we specialize in and we'd love to help design your perfect home/ project. Please see our Custom Plans page or contact our team for more information.

What if I want to make changes to a stock plan?
If you'd like to make some custom tweaks to one of our stock plans, we'd be happy to work with you. We allow hourly revisions to stock plans for a fee. View our current selection of stock plans and their listings or contact our team for pricing and hourly minimums.

What services services do you offer?
Our services include custom design and drafting, blueprints/ construction plans, 3D photo-realistic renderings, 3D walkthroughs, stock plan changes, site plans, and mood boards.

Do your plans (custom and stock plans) come with a plumbing plan?
All packages that come with blueprints will come with a non-engineered foundation plan with curb-less shower call-outs and a separate basic plumbing plan calling out drains and other relevant plumbing locations. Your builder/ licensed plumber will make their decisions best suited for your home with materials used and pipe layouts.

Can you design traditional homes?
Absolutely! We are happy to help with almost any project you have in mind to design. We have a separate design process and pricing for our traditional home project (non-barnodminium) as they are typically more complex than our barndominium designs.

How long does the design process take?
We don't have a waitlist, so, we can get started as soon as you're ready! Start to finish time can vary with which package you choose for your project and how much information we have to start with. The pace for your project is also determined by how quickly revisions (changes) are also communicated back to us.

Do you allow revisions for my design/ drafts?
Absolutley! For all non-hourly projects, we allow for 4 revision design drafts for you to review and get back with your designer with any changes you'd like to see. It is rare that a project goes over 4 design drafts, but if you need more, we can accommodate. Any drafts after our allotment is only $100/ hr. of drawing time.

If you have a package that also includes construction plans, we allow for an additional 2 revision drafts for your construction plans. These two drafts are to finalize your construction details and generally only change your electrical plan.
