This plan features two sizable garage doors and two pedestrian doors that are perfect for your future shop! This plan would also be perfect to add custom design aspects into a living quarters/ barndominium home. If you would like to make revisions on our plans, please contact our shop after your purchase. Our revision fee is $300 and allows up to 3 hours of revision time. This time is non-negotiable and applies to all listing revisions. Any time above 3 hours will be set at $100/ hour (billed hourly).
This plan comes as an instant digital download. We provide 24" x 36" physical sets of architectural plans that can be shipped to you for a fee. Contact our shop to purchase.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our services and the information our stock plans provide, once purchased, are final sale. If you are needing changes to the stock plans you purchased please contact our team. We allow hourly revisions to stock plans for a fee of $100/hour with a minimum of 3 hours of revisions. Please review and make sure that the stock plans you desire are what you are looking for before purchasing.
